I am an educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching: English, language arts, grammar and writing. I have taught for 14 years in the public school systems of the United States (South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Florida). I have also taught for 6.5 years internationally in the United Arab Emirates, Cambodia and online. The levels of students I have taught are: general, ESL, gifted/talented, middle, and high school. Over the course of my career, I have also held the following leadership positions: grade team leader, HOD of English, and PD coordinator/presenter.

During my career, I have had the honor of serving as: a school newspaper adviser/editor (for 2 schools), a drama club adviser, and a poetry club coordinator and adviser.
