TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I work for the Niskayuna School District. I currently teach 1st grade. I have had the opportunity to participate in a lot of professional development to better my practice. I would love to share this new learning through my resources.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I include various teaching styles throughout the day. I include balanced literacy with shared reading (whole group) and interactive read aloud. I include guided reading groups and word study groups. I use both math workshop and guided math to reach all of my learners. Please feel free to rate my products and leave a comment :)
