TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I can't believe I have been teaching for 38 years! I started in my district as a Speech and Language Pathologist. After a few years, I began teaching Special Day Classes (pre-school-sixth grades) for children with significant speech and language delays. I did that for about 10 years, and then transferred over to regular education. I have been in either kindergarten or first grade for the last 20 years or so.
