15 years as a Spanish teacher (grades 9-12). AP Language, AP Literature, Drama, Spanish for NLA (Native Language Arts),Heritage and Spanish as a Foreign Language.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My philosophy of education incorporates the believe that students learn best by incorporating a variety of interactive activities that catches their interest and motivates them. I believe that my role in the classroom should not be the main source of information but rather a guide that leads students to discover information on their own. I also believe that every student learns differently. Because of this, I utilize graphic organizers, QTEL strategies and role-playing among other strategies into the classroom.
