I have been a high school science teacher since 2014 and have experience with basic, college prep, and honors levels. It is so important to me to be culturally responsible and inclusive in my teaching practice. I love helping all students see themselves as scientists, and making science accessible and fun!
Inquiry-based and student-centered! I believe teachers are the facilitators of learning rather than the "sage on the stage". The more we can make learning relevant to students' interests and experiences, the better!
