TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Before becoming a first grade teacher, I volunteered in both elementary and middle school classrooms to support and learn from veteran teachers. During my year of internships, I interned in two different fifth grade classrooms. After graduating in 2019, I long-term subbed in a fourth grade classroom and was hired that fall as a first grade teacher at a different school in the district. I have absolutely fallen in love with teaching first grade since!

I am a very structured and organized teacher! I love creating resources for my classroom to support classroom management and to help my first graders understand the expectation and what needs to be done! My hope and my desire is to share these creations with you all to support you in your classroom!

I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a second major in Teaching Mathematics in 2019. During my first year of teaching, I began to pursue my Masters in Education: Curriculum and Instruction. I completed this degree in the Spring of 2022.
