Current major interest in Interoception/ Mindfulness and connection to country. Have recently been taking on multiple personal development trainings to assist my interoceptive knowledge which has been powerful. Now comes the challenge to get it rolling across the globe! Recently challenging my computer skills to produce interoception visuals for visual learning students/ to be of particular themes etc as after a long search the team I work with and I failed to find many that were appealing to the students we work with. Always have pockets. Always. Have. Pockets.
