TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for the past 9 years. The past 8 years I have been teaching in a low income district in northern Ohio. I've taught 7th and 8th grade general science, along with 7th grade ancient history and 8th grade American history.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a very student led inquiry based style of teaching. My students are engaged in a number of authentic real world style assessments. I believe in a project based style of teaching.

I graduated from BGSU with a bachelors in Middle Childhood Education, with areas of Social Studies, Science, and Reading.
