After 11 years in the classroom, 4 in 2nd and 7 in K, I'm heading out of the regular classroom and into a role as an interventionist. Working with data from grades K-6, and primarily servicing K-1, I'm so excited about this new chapter and championing for as many kids as I can to give them confidence and grit to overcome any learning challenges that come there way!
I have a very creative approach to teaching and like to create things that are used to bridge the gap between home and school. It really does take a village to raise up life-long learners. I also like to create hands on, authentic learning experiences that can reach learners who are more tactile and kinesthetic in their learning.
