I have worked as a speech and language therapist with bilingual students ages 3 through 13 across New York City in both charter and public schools. Most of my students are ELs with a wide variety communication differences or delays.
I like to build on my students' strengths and background knowledge by making my lessons personal, following their lead, and using as many hands-on activities as possible.
