Growing up I was always passionate about working with children. I started off working as a behavioral therapist, working 1:1 with children who had Down syndrome and autism. I then decided to pursue a career as a speech-language pathologist and knew early on I wanted to start my own private practice. After 6 years of experience working with children under 3 & school-aged children, as well as experience with motor speech disorders, feeding therapy, receptive/expressive delays, stuttering, articulation, etc. I decided to open up my private practice and treat the disorders/delays I wanted to specialize in to better help these children and families! I've enjoyed creating handouts for myself, that I can give to families to help with carryover of their child's speech and language skills. I decided to share these handouts on teachers pay teachers. :)
