TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Public relations and graphic design professional from a family of educators who found a love for teaching while directing public relations at a private university. Curriculum writer and adjunct professor turned-alternative licensure teacher, putting my business and career skills to work in the 6th-12th classroom!

MY TEACHING STYLE

{ Connection > Content } My students know first that I love them and am proud of them. Once they understand that, content mastery comes a thousand times more easily. I am a storyteller by passion and expertise, so my teaching style is very much based in telling stories. I use as many project-based assignments as possible. I believe hands-on learning putting book knowledge to work is the way to make learning stick.
