TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 2nd year of officially teaching. While I was completing my license, I was able to work as an instructional aide. During these 2 years I served as a 6th Grade RtI Interventionist for math and reading. I also served as a prek classroom aide. I then taught for 1 year in a prek classroom, and am now teaching 2nd grade students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a lot of Kagan strategies. I like students to collaborate, problem solve and work together while still getting independent practice.
