By Ford's Board I am a curriculum designer with 20 years of teaching experience. I love teaching students in the intermediate grades, which is where I was lucky to spend most of my career!
I believe the foundation of a successful classroom is establishing a well managed environment and positive classroom community. Having high expectations and teaching students to think critically is also essential. Finally, I strongly encourage and support creativity in the classroom.
