TEACHING EXPERIENCE

10 years teaching special education for all ages, from EC to 21! 3 years teaching high school special education & coaching. 4 years teaching elementary/middle school special education. 2 years teaching early childhood education.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a flexible and adaptive teaching style that is crucial for creating an inclusive and effective learning environment. Recognizing that each student is unique, with diverse learning preferences and abilities, I strive to tailor my teaching approach to meet their individual needs and adapting materials as much as I need to in order to fit their learning style and knowledge level. By incorporating varied instructional methods, adjusting pacing, and providing additional support when necessary, I aim to create a classroom where every student can thrive and reach their full potential no matter what intellectual or physical barriers there are.
