Elementary Music and Multiple Subject Stuff

-20 years of general ed. classroom teaching in multiple grades -6 years teaching music K-6 -8 years as a youth director and nonprofit manager

Out of the box, super flexible, competent in any subject with constantly changing curriculum. I'm big on collaborative conversations, encouraging problem solving, and brave thinking. I focus on routines, but know that they will be randomly broken for cool reasons. And I'm a bit selfish! - By this, I mean that I have found incorporating fun parts of my life into the multiple subject day, like sports, PE games, singing, rapping, music technology, band clubs... I'm happier, and therefore a better teacher. This fosters more genuine teacher-student bonds. Well looky there, I filled a whole box!
