I have been using Common Core State Standards in English and Math, PYP and Next Generation Science Standards. As a Science Leader for Kindergarten, worked with NGSS to develop an Innovative approach in implementing new instructional path designed for better student engagement, deeper understanding, and greater achievements.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES AND STRENGHTS Developing Curriculum and professional use of ATLAS. Designing and following a complete teaching plan based on CCSS and NGSS Focusing on cross-curricular integration to link transdisciplinary themes between the subjects. Encouraging learning through experience to link School vision, UAE culture, Real life experience, and Social and Emotional Learning Planning differentiated teaching and learning strategies, organizing learning materials and resources and making imaginative use of resources. Using a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities (planning seven centers). Accessing students’ performance and progress to ensure they master skills on regular basis (use of formative, summative and other methods of assessment). Working on MAP test results, tailoring Action Plans for further development and setting individual goal targets.
