13 years of teaching high school students 13 years of creating individualized content and resources for classroom instruction, assessment aligned to the standards. 18 years of teaching adults/teachers, developing professional learning experiences related to curriculum, instruction, assessment, Professional Learning Communities (PLC), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and Standards-Referenced Practices (SRP). My teaching style has always been considered application-based, collaborative learning, classroom partnerships, and project-based learning aligned to the learning targets of the day and the standards being met.
