Be strict with children at first, then ease in your gentle side. Show them different ways of achieving the end goal. Make learning fun where possible. Listen to each other's ideas.
When I was a child I was voted as the student 'most ikely to be found in the library on the couch with a book in his hand or on his face.' I still have this ''Award''

Never stop evolving, improving and listening to children, other teachers and parents. Listen less to politicians!
