Digital Literacy Dojo

For over a decade, I have been working with educators, parents, and students to improve digital literacy in our classrooms and communities. My role, managing digital resources at a major publisher, has helped me stay on top of cutting edge issues within the digital world. I am a writer, educator, and digital thought leader.

I love project-based and inquiry-based learning. Having students explore big ideas or create hands-on projects leads to truly meaningful learning. It also teaches them to be life-long learners, so when the questions change and the digital world evolves, they will continue to use the evaluation, research, and critical thinking skills they have learned. Plus, it's just a whole lot more fun!
