ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Dietitian turned Teacher!! My back story involved many years of pouring into an education in nutrition and completing my credentials and clinicals to become a Registered Dietitian. During this credentialling, I was a substitute teacher to help support my family, and from the first day I subbed...I was hooked. I finished my nutrition clinicals and decided to take a 180 to become a 3rd grade teacher. I wouldn't have it any other way :) Now, I just want to help build up the next generations, and if I can squeeze in some nutrition awareness along the way, I'm happy.
