David Lindes is a writer, singer-songwriter, and producer. His work has been featured on PRI's The World and NPR. Born in Guatemala City, he immigrated to the United States at age 9 and spent his adolescence in the agricultural communities of California’s Central Coast. He later graduated in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and four kids.
