TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Originally from Philadelphia, I'm a Reading Specialist currently living and working in our Nation's Capital. I worked in the Public School system as an upper-elementary teacher before moving into the Charter School scene this past school year.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe very much in Student-centered learning. I think that students should drive the lesson. I pride myself on the fact that it's never quiet in my classroom because my students are always learning from myself and one another.
