TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently in my sixth year of teaching. I have taught grades K-3 and I currently work as the Read to Achieve teacher at my school where part of my day is spent doing Reading Recovery with struggling first graders and the other part is spent doing K-2 intervention. I enjoy what I do and hope everyday to make a difference in a child's life.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a very hands-on approach to teaching and learning. I love the use of centers and small group teaching. I am always up for trying new ideas in my classroom and encourage the use of technology daily.
