I have taught everything, with the exception of 4th grade, in elementary school. I have been using a document camera and projector in conjunction with my laptop to present standards based slideshows to my students for 5 years. Keynote for Mac is just like Microsoft Powerpoint. The transitions and graphic animation is more visually stimulating in Keynote. If you don't have a Mac but are interested in my slideshows I can create them as clickable QuickTime shows. I use Keynote software from Mac to create my slideshows. I can also export them as clickable QuickTime slideshows or PDF files. Please check out my recent Power Point Slideshows! I have both Keynote and Powerpoint verisions of my latest shows. Check product descriptions carefully to ensure compatability! My lessons and activities follow the F.A.S.T. Framework, a basic Explicit Direct Instruction lesson. I typically have a lesson objective based on California State Standards or Common Core Standards. I use the presenter's notes features on my slideshows to give added details, pointers, ideas, and information needed for lesson delivery.
