I have extensive experience conducting teacher training, material development, teaching in both junior and high schools and also teaching robotics to college students. I also serve as the head judge for the Robot Design Award in FLL Israel.

I practice PBL, I believe in guiding the leaning process allowing the child to make his own assumptions and discoveries. Criticism are skepticism are both effective in my opinion when guided in positive direction. Error and mistakes are awesome learning tools and should be embraced and not judged.

My 11th-12th grade teacher has become my friend and colleague and is still taking part in my education. It's been more than 20 years since we met and I'm still learning from him. He is my education history.

I started practicing teaching as an instructor in the Israeli Navy during my military service. I later joined Robotec Technologies taking responsibility of all teacher training and material development. During my work there I had a lot of experience with LEGO MINDSTORMS, VEX and other platforms used for TechEd. I worked and collaborated with many experienced teachers and researchers working in the field of TechEd and learned a lot during these years. For the past 8 years I've escorted FIRST Israel supporting them with mentor training, curriculum development and taking responsibility of the Robot Design Award category as the head judge. As my daughter turned 7 I started a JrFLL team in her class. waiting now for her 9th birthday.
