Description

Purpose: What does this routine make you think about? It helps you think about a topic and how your thoughts have changed.

Application: When can you use it? Use it when your thoughts change after learning something new, watching a movie, talking in class, or at the end of a unit.

Launch: How to start? Tell students this helps them think about the topic and how their thoughts have changed over time. Here's how:

1. Think about what you used to think.

2. Think about what you think now.

3. Share with others. Start by doing it as a group, then in smaller groups or pairs as you get better at it.
