Talking Cards: Verbal Comprehension and Expression

These "Talking Cards" are useful in therapy with teenagers and adults who need more exposure to verbal expression and comprehension tasks. Cards can be used in communication groups and/or combined with games like Jenga or "pick up sticks" for some added fun. Themes are as follows: personal information, clothes, family, food, home, animals, places, people and their things, Earth, South Africa, other places and time, quantities and associations. A 4 size cards as well as smaller 4-on-an-A4- page cards are provided. There is a memorandum with possible correct answers included in the program. A somewhat South African flavour is provided in mainly one of the sections. The rest of the program should be useful for other target groups as well.
