Quick Note Check Worksheet for Lesson on Maya, Aztec, and Olmec.

This is just a quick one off worksheet to check students' understanding when learning about the Maya, Aztec, and Olmec. You could expand on the question and ask them to write a paragraph, explaining how they know they are correct, or quoting from their notes or your lesson material. I like to use it in the middle of the lesson, to break up some of the front loading and make sure they are taking good notes and paying attention. It could also be modified and used in collaboration by having a shoulder partner read their partner's work instead of their own.
