Description

This QR Code Math Activity is like playing Scoot or other Scavenger Hunt Games, only I call it "Scoot the Room."

Play Various Ways:

1. Place the QR Code Task Cards around the room (I tape them throughout the room on walls, tables, etc. Give students a recording sheet (there are 2 Versions! Both Versions include Self-Checking). After the students answer a question, they can check it before moving to the next card. (Each card has a problem to solve and the QR Code gives them the answer to check themselves, so if they aren't understanding it, they can fix it immediately).

2. Play the same way as the previous method, except making the students wait until they solve all of the problems, then scan the large QR Code, which will tell them all of the answers. You can also adjust this so that students rotate throughout the centers twice (the first time solving, then when everyone is finished solving, allowing them to rotate back through, checking their answers.

3. Place cards in a Math Center, allowing students to check themselves as they solve the problems.

Answer KEY IS INCLUDED ALSO! Duplicate version of Task Cards included too, for when you don't have devices to use the QR CODES.

GREAT activity EVEN IF you DON'T have a DEVICE!!! PERFECT for 2.NBT.6!
