Let's Talk About Día de los Muertos: A Discussion Lesson

Students will watch Disney's Coco and a special interview with Teacher Montse to learn about Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).

Lesson includes:

"Build Your Monster": A Halloween-Themed Math Activity

Students will use a die to create monsters. Each of these activities is easily differentiated for a diverse group of learners with different math abilities! This lesson focuses on multiplication and word problem standards, giving students a visual representation of each math problem they solve.
