Description

Perfect week-long lesson to use for memoir writing and as an introduction to more in-depth narrative writing in the upper-elementary and middle school levels. This is a perfect lesson to use in late September and early October when your writing curriculum is being developed and students are becoming more comfortable with each other and the classroom. This lesson also utilizes writer's workshop in a way that gets students and the teacher familiar with the process if it has not been used before. This lesson comes from the store of Literacy Love and More.
