Description

Yay for FREEBIES! I'm here to spread the love to your 2nd grade kiddos as they practice Addition & Subtraction both With & Without Regrouping up to 1,000. These cards are perfect for Math Centers and Distance Learning!

This deck has a variety of 6 cards with Story Problems that are Read Aloud!

You can Play sample cards HERE!

The cards are also available to print off for playing SCOOT (a.k.a. Write the Room) with 2 versions of recording sheets and an answer key, or you can use them as task cards! My students always love to get up and moving (and you will always have the SCOOT game even if you choose not to have a Boom Learning account).

>>There is 1 Instructional/Teaching Card & 6 Playing Cards ALL with AUDIO<<

1. They will use place value blocks to type the sum for the party story problem. (add to problem without regrouping)

2. They will type the minuend and difference in the heart story problem (comparing without regrouping)

3. They will use the visual numbers bonds and drag & drop 1 (group of 10) to add 3 numbers together with regrouping about random acts of kindness.

4. They will type all the numbers including the regrouping numbers in the sweet treat story problem and click the sum.

5. They will use the /10 & /9 to help them subtract across zeros from 1,000 in the candy factory story problem.

Happy Teaching!
