FREE Student Surveys for Conferences and Feedback

These student reflection sheets will help you gain insight into what parts of the day your students enjoy, have difficulties with, and need support in. These reflection sheets help students feel free to talk about their fears in relation to specific subjects or those less supervised times of the day (AKA recess). I made these for my school and they were soon adopted by the full primary program. We ask students to fill them out at least twice a year and then use the information in Parent-Teacher conferences and in our classrooms. They come to you highly recommended.

Included:
• Double sided sheet for emerging writers and lower primary that encourages a mix of pictures and words
• Double sided sheet for established writers to rate each time of day on a scale of 1 to 10 and then explain their rating
• Compass Points Visible Thinking Reflection to give more information about specific subjects. (I like to use for reading and writing as they usually have both hard and easy elements for all kids and I can get more information about what they are worried and excited about.)
