Description
This is a sorting activity for students to use reference angles and their knowledge of the unit circle to evaluate trig functions. Folder includes an editable version in Microsoft word and PDF's of each placemat and trig function cards, as well as answer keys. This activity is designed for a high school level Algebra 2 or Pre-Calculus class.
There are 2 different versions that are included. The long version uses all six trig functions and sorts 64 different trig functions on a 11" x 14" placemat (legal sized paper).
The smaller version for a short class period only uses sine, cosine, and tangent, and sorts 42 different trig functions on a standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
