Description
High engagement and student-choice centered! This "speed dating activity" will have students exploring 3 of 6 tables in which 2-3 suggested texts that have similar themes, historical significance, or background will be placed.
Students will use a note-taking sheet to summarize the text, pull out "power text" evidence, and presume what the particular author's point of view might be on the definition of an American/the American Dream.
