Description

This handout includes China research project 2: Food.

Students conducted research in an on-going project that built knowledge and culture awareness about China. They gathered information from various aspects of Chinese culture by using print and digital sources. They took brief notes and then cited the text in their writing.

This inquiry project helps students ask questions and research for the answers by themselves through several websites provided by the teacher. In addition, it promotes students’ skills of analysis and evaluation through the research process.

This is a perfect activity for remote teaching and at-home learning.
