This is a FREE PDF download for Book Review Templates! There are differentiated options ideal for lower grades (K-2) and upper grades (3-5).
Two versions use sentence stems for the write up part of the review, but the version aimed for upper grades has more lines for writing their review and is structured less like a graphic organizer than the version aimed for lower grades. One version has just a lined back, no sentence stems.
Use as a writing or reading project, book review or book report, or offer as a reading center follow up. Would work great for Daily 5 centers like Read to Self, Listen to Reading, or Read to Someone!
