Description

This is a two-day activity for Anzia Yezierska's semi-autobiographical narrative, "America and I" that details her journey integrating into American culture through experiencing several hardships and lifelong lessons along the way. Students will read the text with concentrated purpose on specific sections, then as experts, share their deeper insights in several small groups the following day.
