Description

This is a how-to guide for students for creating an annotated bibliography. It walks students through the reasons for requiring an AB, why an AB is helpful in preparing to write a major critical paper, as well as discussing the major components of an AB. It includes a sample page with entry and the rubric that I use to evaluate my students. (The rubric is not a holistic rubric)

This guide is fairly simple to understand for almost all upper school students; however, the example entry may be a bit too difficult for middle school students.
