My objective with this Flag Unit is to get primary students to look up words in alphabetical order, listen and record facts and write a bibliography citation for a nonfiction book.
This unit includes:
1. a book for students to color flags
2. a book for students to write book information and facts

NGSS SEEd Strand 1: Changes in Earth's Surface
This is an iINCOMPLETE unit for the entire strand 1 second grade SEEd standard (which also follows Next Generation Science Standards.) It will ultimately be updated and contain 3 parts in the unit and take about 5 weeks to finish (at a pace of 30 minutes each day).
