Apple Craft, Book, and Recipe Pack (Great for Johnny Appleseed Day)
This pack contains three parts:
The first is an apple craft. The students use their thumbprints to decorate an apple. The apple also contains a poem that reads:
This very special apple
Didn't grow on a tree.
I made it with my fingerprints
So it's a part of me!
The cutting required is great fine motor practice and this makes a cute keepsake to send home to the parents. I usually punch a whole through the top and hang them in my room for the entire month of September.
