HUMMUS RECIPE LESSON | COOKING WITH KIDS
In this recipe lesson, students prepare Hummus from scratch. Recipe reading, comprehension, retention, vocabulary, measurements, and identification of whole foods and kitchen tools create a lesson in healthy eating and learning. Students follow a flexible recipe to learn routines and systems in the kitchen classroom to complete the recipe.
