This is a great resource for teaching the concept of 'tone of voice' with students. I use it for my students on the autism spectrum as a social skill lesson. It is a fun and interactive lesson where students of all levels can participate. Enjoy!

This is a modified worksheet from the middle school geometry curriculum. It is excellent for special education students who require an alternate or modified curriculum.
This worksheet includes four rectangles/squares and four triangles. The pages are separated by shape so they can be given one at a time. The worksheets have the formula for area broken down into easy steps. Students have to fill in the blanks, which will help them solve the equation.

Modified Physical and Chemical Change Cut and Paste; Special Ed
This is a 2-page worksheet for students in an inclusive science class learning about the physical and chemical changes. I used this for my 6th grade students who learn at about a first grade level.
The worksheet has two columns on the first page. One is labeled physical reactions and the other is labeled chemical reactions. There are six reactions on the second page. There is a student with severe behavioral issues on my caseload who also requires visuals. This version of a check-in/check-out sheet really works for him because he can earn points even if he messes up a little bit, and he can see what comes next in his day. They are easy to write on if changes to the schedule happen. Suggestion: Laminate to use day to day with a dry-erase marker.

This cut and paste coin worksheet is modified from the middle school number relationships and computation curriculum. It is excellent for special education students who require an alternate or modified curriculum.
Students begin by cutting out the 6 boxes on the second page. These have an item, the name of the item, and a price, all under $1.00.

Individual Behavior Plan
This product is meant to be used on students who are having behavior problems in class. Teachers can use this individual behavior plan to increase positive behavior in the classroom. Simply edit the product to fit the needs of the student, print it out, and place into a folder for the student to carry daily. It is a plan for hourly and daily behavior monitoring for an individual student.

Need a Break!
Sometimes we have students with "frequent breaks" written into their IEPs. I have found that giving the students a visual clue for their breaks and helping them manage their breaks, i.e. how long and how many, helps them to accomplish their daily classroom goals. I print out the card and the clocks, laminate all of it, and then add Velcro to each rectangle on the card and to the clock pieces. The student brings the card to me and I hand them the clock piece.
