There is a student with severe behavioral issues on my caseload who also requires visuals. This version of a check-in/check-out sheet really works for him because he can earn points even if he messes up a little bit, and he can see what comes next in his day. They are easy to write on if changes to the schedule happen. Suggestion: Laminate to use day to day with a dry-erase marker.

Individual Behavior Plan
This product is meant to be used on students who are having behavior problems in class. Teachers can use this individual behavior plan to increase positive behavior in the classroom. Simply edit the product to fit the needs of the student, print it out, and place into a folder for the student to carry daily. This is a worksheet that works well with weather.com because it is similar to the format on that website. This is great for elementary as well as middle and high school special education. I use it for my students with moderate/severe autism. The visuals are great!
