In this lesson plan, students learn about different categories of prairie plants and investigate the natural and cultural history of wildflowers. Teachers will present an informative powerpoint about wildflowers in the Flint Hills. Students will independently research individual wildflowers and present their information orally to the class.At the conclusion of the reports, students will play a game of plant recognition. Students will draw the prairie plant they were responsible for reporting
