How I Teach Exponents
This is a 42 page Smartboard lesson on exponents. The lesson starts with the explanation of the base and the power. Next the process is explained. This is a 34 page Smartboard file explaining the process of deciding which operation to do first when a problem has multiple operations in it. The lesson shows a couple of mnemonics to help remember.
