Island of the Blue Dolphins Summative Project Choice Boards
This is a summative project based learning choice board. With 9 different student choice options, students are able to create a project that showcases their reading comprehension, creativity, and interests. Projects include writing, filming, presenting, creating diorama and 3d models. Each project has a google slide page that describes the expectations. My 3rd and 4th GATE students love this project, and it is wonderful to provide them authentic opportunities to showcase their unique talents as

Emoji Context Clues
Great game to place in your google classroom to help students practice context clues. Have students put the slide in present mode and students will be self-corrected if they arrive at the wrong answer. The sentences and words can be easily changed or editing if they don't fit your needs. A great resource I use with my gifted students who finish early.
