Zones of Regulation Morning Check-in

Created by

With social distancing procedures, I've had to rethink how we will do morning check-ins. Instead of using Popsicle sticks (that every student touches), I will put this on the front of students' desks. They will place their "I FEEL" magnet on the zone they are.

Social Games Recording Sheet

Students find it fun and challenging to play card and board games with their peers. It teaches them about taking turns, following rules, winning gracefully and more importantly losing gracefully. It forces them to put down the electronics and talk to each other face to face. Something that is disappearing in our world.
