Students will begin by determining the main idea of a primary source: The Standard of Ur.A lesson video helps them to understand the context of the artifact as well as the process of analyzing the primary source. Teacher analyzes and the "War" panel. Students choose a section of the "Peace" panel to explain. After they have done this they will create their own "standard of modern times".
